Casa Minà, magnificient Sea view -Private pool-

This elegant villa with its magnificent sea view is perfect for a successful stay . You will relax by the heated large swimming pool. You will have lunch on its sunny terrace shaded, and enjoy friendly aperitifs by the swimming pool in its pretty covered pool house. With all the necessary comfort and a large indoor kitchen, the villa is a perfect departing place to go to the beaches (5mn) or for beautiful hiking in the “aiguille de Bavella” mountains.

The villa has a large double living room with a superb sea view which is equipped with a 65-inch QLED TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime platforms included. An iPhone compatible audio system completes the living room area. The dining room in the center of the living room is separated from the large, fully equipped open kitchen by an island bar which allows young guests to have lunch apart from the adults. A large terrace with glass railings extends the upper floor. It is equipped with a summer kitchen, elegant garden furniture and an awning which allows it to be perfectly shaded when necessary.

On the lower floor, facing the swimming pool, 3 bedrooms each with a sea view constitute the sleeping area. The first, which is a suite, has a 160cm bed, a large dressing room and a large adjoining bathroom. The second also equipped with a 160cm bed has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Finally, the bedroom intended for children is made up of 2 bunk beds and two large dressing rooms. A specific bathroom with shower is dedicated to them.

The heated swimming pool (10X3) and directly accessible from the rooms is covered with an IPÉ wooden terrace. It has a dedicated covered pool house. Deckchairs, parasols and piscine games are of course available. The swimming pool overlooks a pretty grassy garden which is accessible.

A Bavella stone wall encloses the enclosure, the entrance is via a large electric gate with a digital code which opens onto three parking spaces, one of which is equipped with a charging socket for an electric car.
